Returns Eligibility
We accept returns on most items within 20 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- Unopened & Unused Items
Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging with all seals intact. For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used vape products. - Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. We will gladly arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you. - Proof of Purchase Required
A valid order number or receipt is required for all returns and exchanges to ensure quick processing.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened or used vape pens, disposables, or e-liquids
- Items purchased through third-party retailers
- Sale or clearance items
How to Start a Return
We’ve made the return process simple and stress-free:
- Contact Our Support Team
Reach out to us via email, phone, or live chat with your order number and the reason for your return. If the item is damaged or defective, please include a clear photo to help us assist you faster. - Receive Your RMA Number
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with clear return instructions. - Send Back the Item
Carefully package the product, include your RMA number inside the box, and ship it to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified by email regarding the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
